1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using GoPrise AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using GoPrise AI on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
2. The Service
GoPrise AI is a platform that lets a company configure and run AI-driven employees ("AI Employees") to assist with business processes such as purchasing, human resources, legal, finance, sales, customer service, and operations, subject to whatever human approval steps the company configures.
3. Accounts and Free Trial
Accounts are created by entering a valid email address; no password is required to sign in. New accounts start on a free trial with limited usage. We may change trial terms, including duration and included usage, at any time.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid AI Positions are billed monthly through the payment method you provide via our payment processors. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GoPrise AI to violate any law, infringe on any third party's rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other companies' data.
6. AI-Generated Output
AI Employees generate recommendations, documents, and actions using third-party AI providers. This output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it, particularly for any step you have not configured to require human approval.
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of the data you submit to GoPrise AI. You grant us a license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service, including passing relevant data to the AI, payment, and communication providers necessary to operate the features you use.
8. Intellectual Property
GoPrise AI and its underlying software remain our property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the service as intended.
9. Termination
You may stop using GoPrise AI and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where practicable.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
GoPrise AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GoPrise AI after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
