Data Deletion

Last updated: Sep 22, 2026

1. Your right to request deletion of your data

You can request the deletion of your personal data and/or your account in GoPrise AI at any time. This includes your user profile information and, if you tell us explicitly, the complete deletion of your company's account within the platform.

2. How to disconnect an integration yourself

If you just want to stop sharing data from a specific integration (for example, Google, WhatsApp/Meta, or another one), you can disconnect it yourself at any time from "Integrations" in the app (`/company/integrations`); this stops future access and, except for Google Sheets, immediately deletes the connection record and its encrypted credentials. You can also revoke GoPrise AI's access directly from your own Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. How to request deletion of your data or account

To request deletion of your personal data or your account beyond a single integration, write to us at [email protected] clearly stating that this is a Data Deletion Request. This is the real available mechanism today; there is no in-product self-service "delete my account" button.

4. Information to include in your request

To identify your account and process your request correctly, please include:

  • The email address you use to sign in to GoPrise AI.
  • The name of your company registered in GoPrise AI.
  • A clear description of what you want us to delete (for example, your user account, your profile data, or the data associated with a specific integration).
  • If your request comes from a third-party integration (for example, Facebook/Meta), also state the name of that integration.

5. How we process your request

GoPrise AI will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Data we may retain

Even after processing your request, we may retain certain information when required by a legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligation, or when necessary to complete business processes already in progress or to address disputes already underway. This follows the same retention criteria described in the "Retention" section of our Privacy Policy.
